Avon Rewards
We have five amazing Avon Rewards levels
This bit is really simple – it’s all about the quarters!
Avon Rewards is based on your quarterly sales. Smash your sales over three months and get the best benefits possible for the next three months!
Those benefits include getting a discount level which is fixed for your sales over the three months too – giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings and keep top discounts for longer!
Here’s the discount available at each Avon Rewards level:
- Quarterly sales between £1 and £249 – you’ll be a Bronze Star and get 15% discount
- Quarterly sales between £250 and £549 – you’ll be a Silver Star and get 20% discount
- Quarterly sales between £550 and £1,299 – you’ll be a Gold Star and get 25% discount
- Quarterly sales between £1,300 – £3,499 – you’ll be a Platinum Star and get 30% discount
- Quarterly sales over £3,500 – you’ll be a VIP Star and get 32% discount
How we work out your level:
- We don’t set a sales target by campaign for Avon Rewards – we add up your overall quarterly sales to decide your Rewards star level.
- You then receive your Rewards star level (and discount / benefits for that level) across the next quarter.
- Your discount is fixed on your sales over the three campaigns in that next quarter. To keep it simple, your Rewards discount level will apply across sales (expect First Look where it is 30% for all Reps).
Our quarters are spring (January, February, March), summer (April, May, June), autumn (July, August, September) and winter (October, November, December).
I’m still not sure what you mean when you say my Rewards level will be based on my quarterly sales, can you explain more?
Of course, say hello to Joanne!
Joanne has sales of £800 over the winter quarter (October, November and December 2021).
This means Joanne will start Avon Rewards as a Gold Star and will receive Gold Star benefits in the next three months (January, February, March 2022 – the spring quarter).
As a Gold Star, Joanne will also have a fixed 25% discount on all her sales in January, February and March.
During the spring quarter (while Joanne is enjoying her Gold Star status and benefits) she grows her business and has sales of £1,400.
This means Joanne will move up a Rewards level and become a Platinum Star in the summer quarter (April, May, June). She will receive Platinum Star benefits for those three months – including a fixed 30% discount.
Products and sample packs
Avon Rewards
We know Avon products are fantastic and – with Avon Rewards – you can get your hands on products and samples to show your customers just how fantastic they are!
The amount of product or sample packs you receive each quarter is based on your Avon Rewards level:
Bronze Star – 1 sample pack
Silver Star – 2 sample packs
Gold Star – 1 product pack
Platinum Star – 2 product packs
VIP Star – 3 product packs
At the start of each quarter you’ll get an email confirming your Rewards level. It will include a link to claim your packs and they’ll then be sent out in your orders.
Avon Delivery
These are based on your reward level
- Bronze Star – 1 Free Delivery every campaign
- Silver Star – 2 Free Delivery every campaign
- Gold Star – 3 Free Delivery every campaign
- Platinum Star – 5 Free Delivery every campaign
- VIP Star – 8 Free Delivery every campaign
At the start of each quarter you’ll get an email confirming your Rewards level. It will include a link to claim your packs and they’ll then be sent out in your orders.
Avon Brochures
These are based on your reward level
- Bronze Star – 5 brochures £3.75 or 20 brochures £5.80
- Silver Star – 5 brochures £3.55 or 20 brochures £5.60
- Gold Star – 5 brochures £3.40 or 20 brochures £5.20
- Platinum Star – 5 brochures £3.20 or 20 brochures £4.00
- VIP Star – 5 brochures £32.75 or 20 brochures £3.00
Your brochure bundle prices are based on your Rewards level.
You’ll see the options available for your level when you place your brochure order.
You can order as many brochure bundles as you want. For example, if you’re a Bronze Star and want 30 brochures, you could order a bundle of 20 and two bundles of 5.
Or you can order a single brochure for 50p.
The only brochures you receive are the ones you order (Avon no longer sends out single brochures unless you have ordered one).
Avon life and Lavinia
It started 26 years ago, when I started married life and moved to a new area, I had my first child and was looking for some part time work and stumbled across Avon. This fitted in perfectly with my current life, I would drop off brochure while pushing my daughter in her buggy to nursery and earn extra cash while doing so. My friends and family would support me and buy from Avon the extra money and meeting new people in a strange town was so lovely I felt like the original Avon Lady.
When I moved areas again, my children were grown up so I started full time work and forgot about Avon.
When my mum was ill and needed support I gave up work to help and become a carer for her, I looked again for part time work and again joined Avon 20 years later. This time Avon had changed and I could sell online and to my friend on Facebook it was the perfect again. I have since became a leader and never looked back.
